| Wow, it's been a long time since my last entry. Lots has happened. I am Assistant DM at Brass, which most of you are in. Today I decided since its been 4 months since my knee surgery, I thought it was time to give my knee its first real work out so I went for a run. I think I did pretty decent for not running since January, started smoking again and a knee injury. I ran for a little over a mile, at a walk/run ratio of 1/1, 1/1, 1/1 2/2. (minutes). Tomorrow i'll try to bump it up some more. My knee feels alright. I stopped because it was hurting but it recovered pretty quick. Well time for a shower and food then bed! | | |
| Wow, i've been busy. This week especially its finals week, I had my surgery today, which went well. cleaned up my torn miniscus. The doctor found out my ACL is slightly stretched. So he wants to see how it heals before we do surgery on that. Other than that lots of playing for tests I'm just busy. | | |
| Not a whole lot to update on this week. I moved out of my parents place and am now renting a room out of a friends basement. It's a good deal, more relaxed, $450 a month rent i'm pretty well set up here. I went to the Orthopedist today to see about my knee and found out that I may have a torn ACL or torn cartilage. I have an MRI tomorrow to find out and I will review that on Tuesday the 29th with the doc and we will find out what's going on. | | |
| Alright, so I bought the Aura. I really like it. Its nothing real special a pretty basic model but it makes do, Doubles my gas milage is the important part. My knee has recently been bothering me at work and a little at school so I might go to the doctor and have it x-rayed to see if there is a bigger problem. Hopefully they dont come back and say that I need surgery. That would ruin my season. But we'll see. | | |
